@rrgarver Me too. My 80 yo mother just lost my father. She called me to say the internet was down. I walked her through restarting the modem, then the router, and then had her call Fios, etc… Finally they said they’d send out a tech on Wed. I told her to ask her neighbor. Turns out Fios was out for them too. Had nothing to do with her.
